The Art of Taste, a Cabo Food & Wine Festival

This year's annual Food and Wine Festival will take place over four days from October 26-30, 2016, showcasing internationally renowned chefs and wine makers during an epicurean adventure. This fifth annual Cabo food and wine festival will feature the innovative creations of Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet as well as award-winning guest chefs, international mixologists, spirits and wine experts, such as Richard Reddington of Redd, Dakota Weiss of Estrella and Sweetfin Poke, Sonya Coté of Hillside Farmacy, Eden East and Coté Catering and the resort’s new Executive Chef, Gustavo Pinet.

Festival highlights will include instructional seminars focusing on subjects such as fresh salsa, tequila crafting, and wine and cheese pairing. A Dia de los Muertos dinner will feature local musicians, food booths and artisans and the four-day event will conclude with a gala dinner followed by music and dancing under the stars.
