Every day, we purchase fresh, crisp organic vegetables from local farmers so guests can create their own salads at The Beach Club. Freshly-caught fish is turned into traditional ceviches by Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet, who also created the poolside menu that features spiced pork belly buns and braised Angus brisket tacos, to name just a few of The Beach Club’s signature menu items.

During special events, like the Super Bowl, The Beach Club is transformed into the perfect place to capture the action of your favorite team. Special snacks and beverage menus are available on game day. All games are broadcast live from the United States and in high-definition.
